Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Vic Harper, the CEO of Bread and Butter Thing, and other dedicated volunteers. Their incredible work around reducing food waste and ensuring fresh produce from supermarkets doesn’t go to waste is truly commendable.

Seeing first-hand how they transform surplus food into valuable resources for the community was eye-opening. A huge thank you to Vic and the team for their dedication and impactful efforts!
